1. Consent
By registering at one of the companies responsible, you provide the respective company with your personal data for the purpose of the application. Your data will be stored and processed on the systems of our software partner, Haufe-Umantis AG.
2. Data protection and confidentiality
Data protection is important to us. The companies responsible and the software partner Haufe-Umantis AG have implemented all the necessary organisational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your application. All employees of the personnel department and those of our software partner, are, within the scope of their employment contract relationship, bound to maintain absolute secrecy with respect to personal data. Thanks to an activated 128-bit encryption a safe transmission of your data is ensured. During data processing the general standards for state of the art data security are observed.
3. Using your personal data
During the application process, besides title, forename and surname, the usual correspondence data, such as, postal address, email address and telephone number are stored in the applicants’ database. Furthermore application documentation such as letter of motivation, CV, professional experience, education qualifications and letters of reference are recorded.
This data is stored, evaluated or forwarded internally only within the scope of your application. They can only be accessed by employees in the personnel department and by the persons responsible for the selection at the organisations responsible. Under no circumstances is your data disclosed to companies or persons outside the organisations responsible or used for other purposes.
The data can be processed for statistical purposes (e.g. reporting). In doing no conclusions concerning individual persons are possible.
4. Right to information
With a request for information you can ask for information regarding which data about you is stored. Please send this to our personnel department (Tel. 06677 77 17 0).
You have, at all times, the possibility of accessing your electronic data, to change it or to delete your data yourself.
5. Storage and deletion of the data
If you are hired by the organisation responsible, your personal details, or, at most, an extract of them with be included in your personnel record.
If you have applied, but received a negative reply, your details will remain stored for about 3 months after completion of the application process and deleted afterwards (profile and application). No notification is given of the deletion.
If you have applied for a job, but we, at this point in time, cannot offer you a suitable position, we will, with your consent, allocate your application to a talent pool in the organisation responsible. If this is the case you will be informed. If you are not in agreement with this, or are no longer interested, you have, at all times, the possibility of deleting your data (profile and application) yourself. If your application is assigned to a talent pool, the data is stored for 12 months and then deleted.
6. Share Buttons
So-called share buttons (e.g. for Facebook, Twitter and WhatsApp) are integrated into our website. These are a kind of bookmark with which the user of such a social network can share our recruitment advertisements on the respective network. The share buttons are integrated into our website using the data protection friendly “Shariff solution” from Heise.de as a link to the corresponding social networks. After clicking on the integrated graphic you will be redirected to the respective provider, only then will user information be transmitted to the respective provider. Information on the handling of your personal data by the respective provider can be found in the provider’s data protection declaration.
