Project Support / Assistance (f/m/d)

The GLS Group CISO team is responsible for information security worldwide. In your role you will report to the Chief Information Security Officer and support him to drive information security within the GLS Group.

What can you expect with us?

  • Support the CISO team in driving information security efforts and further increase the maturity of information security throughout the GLS Group
  • Preparation of presentations to the Board, production of meeting minutes and follow-up on agreed actions
  • Designing of and support in cross-functional, cross-departmental and international projects on the topic of information security
  • Organization of international events incl. coordination of travel and accommodation
  • Contact person for questions relating to information security

What do you bring to the table?

  • University degree or comparable professional work experience
  • Initial work experience, ideally in an international business
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency
  • Experience in security is a plus
  • Motivation to constantly improve processes and methodologies
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented – capable of leading and completing assignments without supervision
  • Advanced language proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus
