Your Role:
- Lead and implement strategic procurement initiatives to support business goals
- Drive cost and value optimization through tendering, network planning, and capacity management
- Standardize key commercial terms and manage supplier contracts efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Support cross-functional collaboration to integrate procurement into broader strategies
- Identify and reduce procurement and supply chain risks
Your Profile:
- Degree in business, economics, engineering, or equivalent
- A minimum of 5-7 years experience in strategic procurement and supplier management
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and passion for process improvement
- Experience with ERP / procurement systems (e.g. Transporeon)
- Fluent English (C1 level), written and spoken
- CIPS certification or equivalent is a plus
